After busting her a$$ for 2 years and feeling like she’s under-appreciated, 25-year-old Marina Shifrin announced to her boss that- she QUITS!
Marina picked up her life, left her family/friends, moved to Taipei and began working for a Taiwanese animation company that makes news videos.
She loves the job but explains her boss doesn’t care about quality or content, as long as the video gets a lot of views.
Well Marina is sick of it, and she’s letting everyone know!
Her “I QUIT” video has garnered over 140-thousand views in only one day!
Take that boss man! Watch:
So, management isn’t impressed (obviously) but looks like she got a bunch of views just like Mr. Boss wanted.
My question to you is: Is it worth it? Is quitting your job through a video an effective way to make your point or is the potential for backfire too great?
