I binge eat all the time and don’t know how to stop. The Christmas holidays really made me realize how bad my binge eating was. People pointed out how much I eat (and I’m a girl so it’s even more awkward) but I find myself still going out to buy chips, or I even eat 2 or 3 plates of a healthy meal.
I have tried to cut down my portions but I just can’t seem to do it. Are there any beat listeners who have some tips?
