I’m not sure if you’ve heard, but every day for the next little while we’ve been doing something what we call the Gym Report on the Beat Breakfast. I give you a recap of what the gym is like each and every day.
Yesterday, I didn’t go to the gym. I didn’t have time… BUT I still worked out at home, in fact I even did the same workout I was planning to do at the gym anyway, just minus the skipping because my apartment has a crappy low ceiling.
Carlos and Dave say at home workouts, especially ones that only last 20 minutes DON’T COUNT. I disagree.
This is Zuzana Light. She is a fitness personality I’ve been following for around 10 years now, and she focuses on quick, effective workouts. She posts free workouts every Wednesday, so here’s the one I did yesterday.
I did it with 8 lbs because I wanted more of a challenge, but this is a beginner style workout so Zuzana suggests using 3 lb 🙂
I don’t remember my time because I accidentally forgot to shut my timer off, but I think it was around 20 minutes.
