I’ve got a friend who is the type of person to try and find the easy way out for EVERYTHING. She’s gained a little weight since she had her first kid a couple years ago and she constantly complains about it.
When were out for lunch- she’ll order the least healthy thing then complain. When I offer to take her to the gym- She’ll quit her workout early then complain about her weight. She lives on fad diets instead of actual healthy eating and exercise.
I’ve tried to help her in every way possible and don’t know what to do anymore. She honestly makes these little comments so often by the time we’re done hanging out all I can think about is my own weight and the junk food she convinces ME to eat!
How do I fix this? It’s starting to feel toxic!
