When a former roommate of mine moved out two years ago, he left behind an iPod with 1600 songs on it. At the time he didn’t seem to want it and I haven’t heard from him or seen him since. We do have some mutal friends so we may see each other again some day. He was kinda weird and I don’t really want to reach out to him and ask, but I don’t have my own iPod and I really want to wipe it clean and load it up with my own music. At what point can I assume the iPod is mine and do what I want with it? – Cheryl in Waterloo
