So here’s the deal. My boyfriend and I moved in together a couple months ago, and we’ve BOTH gained about 15 pounds.
He doesn’t care about the weight gained, but I do. I told him I’m going to be making less comfort food and get back to actually having vegetables with each meal and a lot less bread instead of a constant stream of man food… aka pizza, wings… potatoes.. chips… and a lot of everything covered in cheese.
Here’s the problem. I’m a terrible cook and we like to eat together. He refuses to eat anything remotely healthy unless it’s doused in a creamy sauce or cheese, which in that case he says needs to be cooked IN the meal.
I’m becoming a lot less confident because of my new look.. and I JUST. WANT. VEGITABLES.
How do I convince him to eat better with me… so we can finally have some healthy food?
