My mother-in-law is hosting Thanksgiving dinner this weekend and I’ve been asked to bring a side of some kind. I was thinking of making a casserole but I’m nervous because my mother-in-law always seems to have something negative to say about my cooking at events like this. She’s a great cook, and I think I’m not bad but she’s always got a ‘tip’ on what I could have done to make my dishes better. I wish she’d just keep it to herself. I feel I need a good comeback I can have ready for her when she criticizes my food. Any suggestions? – Thankful for Thanksgiving Help
