According to a new study, the average person is stressed out for about two hours a day . . . which means we spend about five-and-a-half YEARS of our life stressed out. Here are the 10 most common things that make us stressed . . .
1. Being late.
3. Our own health issues.
4. A family member’s health issues.
6. Not being able to afford things.
7. Putting on weight.
9. Being in debt.
10. Being stuck in a long line.
Maybe we should all start meditating. Or heavily drinking. Yeah, that sounds easier. Oh and just in case you’re trying to calm someone down who is stressed out, keep this in mind, never in the history of calming down has anyone calmed down when you tell them to calm down.
