A new study from the University of Pavia in Italy found that gossiping about other people is actually good for your health.
Yup, you read right. Gossiping immediately makes your brain release more oxytocin which in turn relieves stress, pain, fights depression, increases weight loss and just makes you generally happier.
P.S. The study also found out that gossiping helps people instantly bond more than any other type of convo. Hahaha, ya I can see that, totally makes sense!
