Celebrate Canada’s 150th at Bingemans International Square (behind Boston Pizza) and watch FREE FIREWORKS at dusk!
Waterloo Region Museum is throwing a party to celebrate Canada Day and you’re invited! Admission is FREE to the museum and the living history village for this fun family event including musical entertainment and fun games like croquet and horseshoes. Guests bring your own picnic lunch or purchase a tasty BBQ lunch (cash only). Start time is 9:30am.
Celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary at Joseph Schneider Haus. Admission is FREE as of 10am! Special guests and hands-on activities all weekend long. Sunday hours, 1 – 5 p.m. Free admission on July 1. Celebrate Canada Day with cake at 2 p.m. Fabric Fun with the Grand National: Make a fabric greeting card to take home. 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The City of Waterloo is teaming up with UWaterloo for Canada Day 2017! Join them on July 1 as we celebrate the University’s 60th anniversary, the 50th anniversary of our Federation of Students, and Canada’s 150th anniversary of Confederation. Tom Cochrane with Red Rider, is headlining the OpenText stage, and Juno award-winning children’s performers Bobs & Lolo are back for the kids.
