My fiance and I have been saving money for the late couple of years. The money was supposed to go toward paying for our wedding but we’ve decided to keep it very small so we’ll have a lot of money left over afterwards. I was hoping we’d use it to go on a longer honeymoon, but my fiance has other plans. He wants to buy a new car – and not just any car – a minivan. He says it’s the perfect vehicle for us because we’ll be having kids soon. I’m in no rush to start with the kids and I really don’t want to be driving around in a minivan before we absolutely need one, if we ever need one. He seems convinced it’s the right thing to do. How do I convince him otherwise? – Loser Cruiser
