Fun Fact #1: Bruno Mars’ real name is Peter Gene Bayot Hernandez. His stage name ‘Bruno Mars’ was in fact inspired by the wrestler Bruno Samartino and the ‘Mars’ came about because the ladies used to say that he was “out of this world”.
Fun Fact #2: He was born in Wakiki, Hawaii on October 8, 1985.
Fun Fact #3: Growing up, Bruno’s nickname was “Little Elvis” and he performed with his family’s band ‘The Love Notes’ starting at the age of 4, 5-days a week, as an Elvis impersonator.
Fun Fact #4: Bruno came from a large, musically inclined family and is one of six children. His four older sisters have their own musical group called ‘The Lyla’s’.

Fun Fact #6: Bruno’s favourite food is the national dish of the Philippines, Chicken Adobo.
