A good friend of mine is driving me nuts. She’s become very paranoid about her health and constantly talks about how she thinks she’s got this or that. SHE’S FINE! I think she’s gone for every checkup and test possible and every doctor has told her she’s in perfect health. But every time I see her, she’s talking about some issue she thinks she might have. And she’s got a new diet and workout routine that I think is going to wear her out and cause some real problems. I have to admit, I thought it was funny at first but I’m starting to worry about her mental health but that seems to be the only thing she isn’t questioning. How can I help her? – Angie in Kitchener
