I work at a gym and I’ve noticed one of my coworkers slowly going off the rails in terms of her diet.
She works in the paperwork side of things, but I’d say about 2 months ago, she flipped from being a relatively healthy woman to constantly eating chocolate and take out every single meal.
She’s lost colour in her face and he skin has changed. I think the eating habits are from a new guy in her life, who she says eats whatever he wants all the time.
We are pretty close coworkers and I’m genuinely concerned she’s going to get diabetes and health problems if she continues this.
I understand weight and diet is a touchy subject for people but I also feel if we can be more upfront about our concerns we can help save our friends from health problems.
