Is Winter the Best Season For Sleeping? Short answer: Yes.
Now that it gets dark at like 5:00 P.M. and terrible weather is just around the corner (TONIGHT it’s going to be -11 with flurries!), is there any reason NOT to just get under the covers and sleep for 14 hours a night?
According to a new survey, the majority of North Americans say they sleep MORE in the winter than any other season. 42% get better sleep at this time of the year too. You’re cozy in your bed, the flannel sheets are on and the heat is on… in more than one way! The survey also found 77% of people say that extra time in bed leads to more GETTING-IT-ON.
Happy “sleeping” this winter.
