NOW YOU CAN GET A SCALP IMPLANT TO MAKE YOU TALLER:

 --Dr. de la Cruz makes an incision in the side of the patient's head . . . and the implant is squeezed between the skull and the scalp.  When the implant is in place on the top of the patient's head, the incision is stitched up . . . and the scar is covered by the patient's hair.   

 --Overall, the implant makes the patient almost two inches taller.

 --Dr. de la Cruz says the operation is perfect for people who dream of becoming police officers, firefighters or professional models . . . but are too short to meet minimum height requirements.
