There's a website called PenisReductionPills.com that sells, quote, "the finest penis reducing placebos available".  Basically, that means that even though the label on the bottle claims the pills will reduce the size of his junk . . . they're really just sugar pills.  

The idea is that the guy leaves the bottle lying around his apartment, and when the girl he is trying to have relations with finds it, she'll think the (stupid) guy is BIG downstairs . . . and that he's actually trying to make his junk smaller.
