It's a beautiful sunny day but we should all be bracing ourselves for another blast of winter.

We are under a winter storm watch and could get up to 20 cm of snow tonight and tomorrow.  Yikes!

BUSY SISTERS!!

My sister Alison and sister-in-law Cassy both got some good news recently.

Alison, who is an actor, got a commercial gig and on Tuesday she was flown down to Miami to shoot.  Acting is funny like that.  There are times of drought but then you get to do something really cool.  Congrats Ali!

Cassandra, who is a fourth-year genetics student at U of T, found out last week that she is one of just four students selected to go on an all-expenses-paid research trip to Belize over reading week.   What a great experience!  Congrats Cass!

SUPERBOWL

I still have no plans for the Superbowl this Sunday.

I'm not a really huge football fan but I am really looking forward to this game.  It's gonna be historic!

Either the Patriots become officially the best team in NFL history or the Giants pull off the biggest upset in NFL history.  I hated history in school but for some reason it interests me now...

GO GIANTS!  (I love an underdog!)
