Canada Day Family Fun Day
What?
Silverheights Neighbourhood Association in collaboration with MATTAMY HOMES and Ernie's Roadhouse, is hosting the First Annual Canada Day, Family Fun Day in Victoria Park on Fisher Mills Road, on Monday, June 30th starting at 2pm and running until the fireworks at dusk. There will be a variety of activities throughout the day including a Bike Parade, Hayrides, New Orleans Pizza, Bouncy Castle, Instrument Zoo, Kids Crafts, Family games, Peace Mobile, Live Entertainment, Beer Tent, and Fireworks.

Canada Day at McCrae House
What?
Once again, the Museum offers numerous military displays and demonstrations, Celtic music, Highland and Irish dancing, outdoor games, and, of course, birthday cake! We invite you to visit and experience this unique Canada Day event. Visitors can take part in creating home-front crafts with the Canadian Embroiderers Guild of Guelph and try out some historic toys. There will be lots of activities for the entire family! Starting off the afternoon, soloist Debbie Deckert will entertain with musical selections from the early 1900s and the First World War. Throughout the afternoon, enjoy saxophone and piano with Tim Moher and John Solberg and Highland and Irish dancing with students from the Mary Ellen Cann School of Highland Dance and Tir Na Nog Dance Academy.

Stratford's Canada Day Celebration
What?
An annual party to celebrate Canada's birthday. The afternoon features live entertainment including singing, dancing and local celebrities. The Stratford Festival and the City of Stratford present "Bronze Stars" to commemorate people who have added to the unique fabric that makes Stratford a wonderful place to live, work and play. A food pavilion offers food for sale as well as free popcorn. The strolling clown is always one of the most popular features and the complimentary face painting helps to heighten the festive feel of the day. Hosted by the Stratford City Centre Committee.
